Many have experienced Wembley already so in effect we are taking 35k for an away game. We would have sold out days ago if we hadn't already played there a few month back

This one matters though. We should sell out really, and i guess we will

Should play these lower league finals at smaller stadiums like the Emarites or the Millenium stadium. The clubs with smaller fan bases like us would have more chance of selling out.

Probably the established prem clubs who could fill it so likes of Bournemouth, Wolves, Brighton etc. Will all have world wide audiences due to the exposure of the prem so imagine they'd sell out straight away
