Agreed. It massively puts a valuable coach at risk. If he’s properly installed, it’s unlikely another head coach will want him around later down the line
Hes got a good rep...players seem to really like him. And it breaks the cycle of erase / replace regimes ...which is expensive and destructive

I hope this is the case...we have to escape the history of our mistakes

Did beale at least do well at QPR before completely abandoning them?? Seem to remember that. Bit worrying how hard he tanked in a 2 club league 🫣

This appointment is particularly important though. We need a good head coach to move us up the league or keep us in the playoffs. If we fail to get promoted this season, our excellent core of players will go and then it's another rebuild with a mediocre head coach.
Who coaches good head 🤔
