Will Still (managerial suggestion)

I'd genuinely rather Ian Beale than Michael Beale. That would be absolutely horrific.

With Hellberg out of the running, it looks like it'll be a huge disappointment either way if it's not Still.

Even Dodds would be a much more palatable option than Beale.

Was listening to a podcast recently, forget who but he thought he had a chance for the Rangers job but when be heard Beale had an interview he gave up all hope as he is supposed to be sensational in an interview situation.

Most tragic thing for me is looking at the table knowing we completely squandered the Plymouth Millwall and Huddersfield fixtures, could have easily had the same safety blanket the saints have :(
We've found it difficult to break down sides that put everyone behind the ball, whereas teams that play an attacking style we've played well against.Had TM been able to change things around we might not have squandered points against Plymouth, Millwall and Huddersfield.

He hasn't denied it that's why, he's tried to brush it off. That's exactly what you would do if you're stuck where you are until your new club negotiates a fee with your current club so that you can "officially" discuss terms.

The idea of him joining in their winter break seems the most logical to me.

I doubt we've shown interest in him and then cried off over a few hundred grand compensation.

I doubt he's contacted us, flown to England for an interview and then not been impressed by what he's heard.

I doubt Reims want a manager who is unhappy at the club and actively looking to leave.

I was a huge sceptic, but I think it'll happen at the end of next week.

How new to football are you?
fine me an example..football is not immune from contract law..
]of course people whine and bitch abot contracts,.,they dont just ignore them...it has never happened in the UK...
Pretty much a write off unfortunately
we are in the play offs on the back of consecutive wins...its all going rather well..
Gordon Strachan down Boro resigned and said he didn't want payment if I remember correctly
opf course he said that..he wanted to reigsn..moyes chose to resign from SAFC without a pay out...
but if boro had wanted a pay out they would have got one..

an example from me is Ian Dowie..he resigend from Palace to take another job..it wemt to court..and because cpontract law is ancient and precise..unlike the fantasies of football fans..it coat dowie a huge sum of money because conytract law is reality and football fan opinions isnt..

Yuw whet?

I think the club have been really good at keeping everything quiet. No media have a clue, none of us obviously haven't....they've pretty much been watertight!

We'll just have to see if that's a good thing or not.
