Will Still - Lens Manager

The football world see as a bit of a joke. Listen to Sam Allardyce and JOS on that podcast they done, you could hear they still cared for the club, but at the same time they clearly were calling out the goings on at this club, and that’s two people who care for us.

Nixon is constantly giving us grief, and that’s the general consensus in the media. Even our own journalists who support the club are calling it out and writing negative pieces about us.

The footballing world, not just in this country, but everywhere we’re flabbergasted by the mags debacle, I saw reports from America, Australia etc. absolutely slating the decision, and pictures of our end decorated in there colours. We were an absolute world wide laughing stock.

Sacking Mowbray rightly or wrongly was met with a lot of wtf in the footballing community in this country. Hiring Beale the same, so many people questioning it, then the added embarrassment of what he actually done when he came here, all over the media for Hume gate, then all the ghost Twitter stuff.

Add to that the constant mentions on media platforms of how the club have not had a competent striker for how ever long, it’s constantly called out, along with a lack of experience.

Prior to this season all the media coverage about how KLD lied to us about the shares, and who owned the club. The negativity that Stewy and Charlie brought to the club, whilst in the main fans were sympathetic to us, it still brought bad press the shit they were coming out with.

Now most recently whether excuses are made or not, the footballing community are all over the 100 day without a manager headline.

People can put there fingers in there ears, and bury there heads as much as they want, but the fact is in football circles, the media and amongst other fans, SAFC are currently a hot topic, and very much a bit of a running joke pal.
Aye but apart from that….

I can't find any of his posts either  Becoming apparent that you can't upset any of the cult on here these days without getting banned.
I love the board of directors, the director of football, the temporary head coach and all of their assistants.
They have made exemplary decisions over the past season and look forward to more of the same in the coming campaign.
Furthermore the on field entertainment has vastly improved.🥳🥰💋💋

Find that staggering
three scenarios possible in my book.
1, Hes not involved in discussions and is leaving this summer?.... unlikely!
2,The discussions are completed deal done just awaiting disclosure to press?... possible but you would have thought get the press shit over ,then go on holiday!r they might say on june 1st manager signed after exhausting process we will have a press conference the week the players are back!
3,They are still in the early stages of recruitment and will focus search once back from holiday....i cannot believe i have just wrote this sentence as that would make us look like amateurish buffoons...surely this cannot be the case ,your head of recruitment on holiday at the important time??

You don't see a problem with ticking on debt whilst going backwards ?

It occassionally makes more financial sense to take a loan, than to move money from a savings account that has good interest rates.

If you can take a loan that has a lower interest rate than the interest rates of the savings account, why would you not take a loan?

There is absolutely no need to worry about a person with a lot of wealth taking a loan.

There is no problem, and @Rocky77 is right not to see a problem.

It's a bigger club and may have a bigger budget which I imagine is what led to his fallout. I don't see it as a sideways step, certainly not less ambitious than his supposed other option.
For someone who has often talked about how he wants to manage in the premier league and sees the championship as the way to do it, it just would be a surprise

Why not wake up to reality. SAFC are the biggest joke in the country. We have no manager, don't know which players will be here next season and anybody who buys a season ticket is just getting mugged off. Probably in a few years the stadium will be demolished and turned into housing.
Take note everyone. You might think you're becoming irrational and deranged, but THIS is the yardstick you can judge your lunacy by, right here...

Doesn’t matter who the manager is,
destined to failer
without financial backing.
So we need Arabs or some other rich bastards or we’re f….d.
The sport is finished!
I’d rather be what we are than sell our soul to a murderous regime. A goalscorer isn’t worth the blood that the money comes from to buy one.
Whatever happens, we are better than the sell outs up the road.

I see a massive problem with it, Im a big fan of what the owner has done on the pitch and appears to be rectifying some of it off it. But loans arent for me and it's more than enough to cause worry.
