Agree, he's about as high as we can aim in the younger coaching ranks, as for experienced older no names are jumping out at the moment who we've not had or would come here. He could be flavour of the month or we could be a stepping Stone on his way to the top, who knows.

He's a risk but so is every appointment. I'd be happy with him or Maric tbh, although Still has a lot more experience coaching.
