Will Spurs get 61,000 crowds?

Genuine question do you think you have a bigger fan base than Arsenal? Do you think you will get bigger crowds on a consistent basis?

You and that West Ham fan who get on here keep going on about waiting lists etc... yet Arsenal are a much bigger club than both of you. Put West Ham and Spurs together and you would still be smaller than Arsenal. So why do you think you'd get bigger crowds?

Arsenal usually announce attendances of 60k but there are usually a fair few noticeable empty seats. I'd suspect a truer average for the Gunners would be around 55k.
Every club give attendances on tickets sold.

Arsenal & West Ham are regularly announcing crowds way above the amount of people in the stadium ...... Spurs will do the same.

London touts buy up swathes of season tickets and ply the odds ..... it's pathetic tbh.

You do know that if you're a season ticket holder you are counted into the attendance whether you go or not. That's why these are skewed and you see empty seats in places like OT,The Emirates,Etihad,Stamford Bridge etc yet the official attendance seems higher, that applies to just about every club you've bought that seat for a year so it will always be counted as occupied whether it is or not

Yeah, everyone knows that.

New stadium will consolidate Spurs place in top elite of English football and they will get the capacity expected. But it wont guarantee them titles. Or finishing above Arsenal.

It's what is so crazy about football these days, an uneven playing field, how long will it be before the sky bubble bursts and what will burst it?

Cbwhu reckons* West Ham have 50000 on the waiting list there and since Spurs are a far bigger club than them I reckon they'll manage it

*also reckons JD would buy out his contract to join West Ham

You obviously aren't aware of this clown's previous total disrespect for people on this board ...... he's a louse.

I have never called anyone a louse, its far too mild :)

So why don't you let us all know exactly what It is that I have done on here other than state facts and figures from official sources that you don't like, do I slag Sunderland off as a club or take the piss etc no I don't, Spurs haven't lost to Sunderland for 14 games now have I ever once taken the piss after a game no I haven't, fact is like a lot on here are you are an angry little f####r sad with your lot and you try to take it out on the likes of me.

Oh fuck off man, you bore the shite out of us with your tedious drivel about spurs. Go and wank on one of their sites

Just because Spurs and West Ham's ground capacities were around 35,000-36,000, doesn't mean that was the sum total of their support, as many on here seem to think. Their catchment areas are huge and the population is ever increasing around those parts. They haven't magically got 20,000+ new fans, they were always there but couldn't get a ticket. It's frustrating to see any club progressing whilst we stand still but if you want to put your head in the sand and say it's all down to tourists buying tickets then go ahead. The fact is, those clubs will have sold 60,000+ tickets for every game, at London prices, whether people actually attend or not.

Yet they can't fill their stadium(current capacity)

They will aye. No one would have predicted Sunderland would have got in 42k and then 49k when at roker. Build it and they will come
