Will Leicester title win be biggest shock in football history?

Cannot think of anything that trumps it, it is an obscene achievement given the way money talks in this division and the shoe string that side was put together on. When I see them lift that trophy I have to say a little of my faith in the magic of great game will be restored.
Derby under clough

Didn't say there wasn't, was just making the point that the gap between the PL distributions to the club that gets most and the one that gets least are narrower than in any other league, and are shedloads to all of them.
I took what Bagpuss said, to include the TV cash and the super rich clubs.

IMO opinion it's the biggest shock ever and won't be matched. Forrest winning back to back Euopean cups was an outstanding achievement but the quailty of the premier league and the fact that they were bottom of the league last March and have only lost 3 games all season makes what they have done remarkable and I am made up for them and most of all im made up for Ranieri.

I was pointing out that Leicester winning the league isn't the biggest shock in football history. There's plenty more around the world.

It's up there though.. I would say Bradford getting to the league cup final is one of the biggest shocks in probably 20 years and up there with the achievement of Greece winning the Euros.
