I need a bit of advice please, my mam signed a will for a friend who has since died but she can't remember who the law firm was that has a copy of the will. How do I go about finding out which law firm has the will copy? we suspect some odd goings on which needs to be reported. Also could a newer will be hand written with a more recent date, would that supersede the previous that will that was conducted by a law firm. Cheers.
