Dear god.

Mate im not condoning people giving him stick on twatter but is he really surprised about it, hes blatantly talking about his job, obviously people are gonna tell him to man up and stop winging about his job when hes on a fortune.

Its my opinion, im not slating him just hes a bit daft putting stuff like that up on twitter.

Dont be embarrassed for me pal, its not needed thanks ;)

It'd be hilarious if his quoting of Einstein was his way of endorsing Di Canio's desire to change things and get the different results we all want, and everyone is getting worked up over nothing.

How would you as a coach interpret it.

I'd like to think PDC would ask Connor what he means by it.

Of course this is the wrong way to do it, we should all bang our fists on the table and demand action against him for these appalling comments

Thought Paolo had banned phones etc from training, so he's either away early or defying the regime? I wonder how many players in ten years time will look back and wonder how much better their careers would have been without FB/Twitter or the like?

careful mate ,never get between the smb and it's prey

Absolutely amazed that a Sunderland player is now sitting at home reading abuse from the clubs own "supporters" having posted a well known quote, with no clear direction towards the club.[DOUBLEPOST=1377267258][/DOUBLEPOST]

How?

Given the nature of the quote, and the fact we have a new manager and coaching staff, I'd say it's likely to be the exact opposite.

Agree this is wrong but some of these footballers are just dumb man, what do they think is gonna happen, cant understand why they crave the attention so much on social media sites?

I know a girl who 'knows him quite well' and there is a certain story in particular that she told me that underlines that he is a proper bellend. Everything that Paolo said at the end of last season is totally right, by all accounts. Young player with too much money already, thinks he's made it... Get him peddled IMO...

Totally agree mate............... there are some bloody idiots on here, just waiting for the least bit thing to have a go at our players. I just wonder if they are real fans and actually go to games.

My career would have been much better without the SMB
