Why is there no fight ?

We are missing someone in centre mid that isn't afraid to fly into a tackle put their head in where it hurts. I still think for all it's not great we are still not by any means relegated. Still in the mix and hoping once we have acon players back possible couple loan signings it might just be enough to get out of it.

I really thought we would out it all out there today and fight for everything. Using my heart instead of my head.

As soon as there is any pressure we just capitulate. This isn't the first time. We just sink deeper and offer fuck all. Players are not given a shit and certainly don't fight for their manager. Clear as day that there is no positive link between the 2.
I think there is fight. However, if you have 2 or 3 in the team not putting in a shift or who are plainly not good enough then the team can't really function. Rodwell and Jaunszaj have no fight whatsoever and Papy is just a disaster making 5 or 6 errors every game. Larsson puts effort in, Jones does, O'Shea, Denayer, Honeyman, Defoe etc. all have fight about them but you need all 11 fighting. You see that with Burnley or even Hull today. Burnley have many average/poor players such as Marney, Barnes, Hendrick, Ward but they all play to their maximum. We carry 3 or 4.

I'd agree with that - Cattermole would make a big difference.

I don't see desire when we carnt win a header in our own box. 4 times in a row that led to their first goal.

I agree but there is fight from 5 or 6 of them. You simply can't carry players like Rodwell and Januzaj who have no desire and Papy who is ridiculously out of his depth.

I think he came into a shitstorm with his eyes shut. He had no idea whatsoever how fucked up our club was.

And because of the finances he was not going to able to sign well known names as we can't afford the wages any more.

N'Dong can progress into a useful player, as can Djiloboji if they've some some decent experienced players around them. But injuries have forces us to play various people in key roles (i.e CM!!).

Just don't see what another manage merry go round is really going to achieve.

I don't think anyone can know until they arrive here.

As you say, I'd rather stick with a bloke whose record at Everton over 11 seasons is pretty damn impressive, good enough to get him one of the top jobs in world football where he was on a hiding to nothing, and is still relatively young at 53, over This Week's Name who will have some impressive stat like 4 wins in 7 in the Championship and is therefore Rinus Michels all of a sudden.

Did you see the first goal?

I am sorry, not winning a single challange in our own box when they win 4 is not ability. It's simply a lack of fight and desire.
I said the same for both was comical really, no real attitude to go win a ball, get defensively solid or anything. PVA for first goal allowed Fletcher to take a touch, turn and shoot....worse bit about it was he could have got closer and even got his head to the ball but he backed off into his 6 yard box  absolutely shocking.....reminded me when he allowed Palace player to get wrong side of him and tried to put his foot in instead of his head for a header in their second goal when we got beat 2-3
The second one....players out of position, keeper barely pushes it out....strike is unreal mind but should NEVER have got there...
