Well Kone's goal had several passages of play following the free kick delivery.
And the rest, opinion but totally wrong.

Edit: And more pace than he is given credit for? He looks like he is buffering man

"Several" :lol: The first shot was parried, the next touch was the goal. f***ing several. Give credit where it's due if you want your opinion to be taken seriously when you're being critical, otherwise you just sound like a loon with an agenda.

And I clearly stated which bits of the post were opinion by saying "IMO", which makes those bits correct because they are actually my true opinion. Whether you agree with my opinion or not is irrelevant to their correctness of being my opinion.
 
It's clearly a code to tell the other players what he's doing with the set piece:

1) Touch both ankles - corner will hit the first man
2) Touch right ankle only - corner will sail over everyone's heads and go out for a throw
3) Touch left ankle only - corner will be pinged in an ankle height to the nearest opposition player
4) Touch left ankle, then right ankle - corner will be taken short, but with no obvious plan of what to do

He's a decent (not a world-beater but decent) quality player who always gives 100%, has more pace than he's ever given credit for on here, helps out all over the pitch and is probably our most tactically-astute and intelligent player.

For me he's a club legend. I don't use the term to describe any of the other players we've had since getting promoted bar Defoe. The lad played for us for two years while carrying an injury for which he needed surgery, because none of our managers wanted to lose him for the amount of time he'd be out for after the surgery. Hardly surprising that he wasn't at his best for those 2 years.

He looks a different player now he's had the surgery IMO. There's a lot more energy in his game than he's had for the previous 2 years.

Regardless of whether we stay up or not, I would love to see him given a new contract at the end of this season and see his playing days out with us. In fact I'd love to see him becoming a coach for us when he's finished playing, and one day maybe even becoming our manager. I reckon he's got the right head for it.

Yes. By all means point out where his flaws are, but by not giving him any credit at all where he deserves it you just sound like a mag.

How much credit does anyone on here give him for his pace? Pretty much none. Therefore pretty much anyone that can walk has more pace than Larsson's given credit for.

Sound like a Mag...dear me.
His flaws are lack of pace, very few goals, constant fouling and wasting 99% of set pieces. Oh and always at the referee.
Whoopee doo we scored from one of his dead balls...one being the word.
His legs have gone.
