And which way round is that? One will move on and get an equally good and better paid job in football.
The other won't get another job as good as this one.

Do you really believe Mowbray would get any job better than this? And which way round is that?
Do you really believe Speakman will?Do you really believe Mowbray would get any job better than this?
I reckon he will move into a better/higher paid job potentially aye.Do you really believe Speakman will?
Completely free reign without any flack on signings?
Didn't he make a change at 1-0 today and got a point?Because it’s quite obvious to anyone lucky enough to not be blind that Mowbray has been found out and had no plan B.
Based on what? Stuart Harvey's scouting? His charm and charisma?I reckon he will move into a better/higher paid job potentially aye.
Would be happy to see both of these chancers go but it'd likely have to involve Mowbray also goingAlso the coaching staff Proctor & Dodds
It should be quite obvious to anyone (although not you)Because it’s quite obvious to anyone lucky enough to not be blind that Mowbray has been found out and had no plan B.
Hes done a solid job, especially for the spend he has made. Took a team finishing outside L1 playoffs to a top end championship side with very little spent really.Based on what? Stuart Harvey's scouting? His charm and charisma?
His ability to build an imbalanced squad and the defiance that proper strikers are old fashioned and to expensive?
He has had a year to bring in a good strikerSpeakman is the brains, he's done a good job. It's nonsense if anyone wants rid of him, embarrassing in fact.
We'll get it right, I'm relatively relaxed about our position.
So he picks the players and the tactics, takes the training? Or does the head coach only matter when it hits a sticky patch?Hes done a solid job, especially for the spend he has made. Took a team finishing outside L1 playoffs to a top end championship side with very little spent really.
Hes done a good job, of course it isn't perfect and need some sort of adjusting either from him or more likely the owner with regards to the strategy. The club is in a good place imo.
Big summer ahead though.
It IS Speakman who hasn't recruited an effective striker in a yearIt's not speakman playing Hume as a rb that drifts to CM. it's not speakman who decided last game to switch Roberts to upfront and Mayenda to the wing, its not speakman that allows out midfield to be as open as it is, or for us to over commit as many players we do that leads to us being countered easily etc etc
No mate, he's had one proper transfer window. January is crazy and after losing Simms, clubs knew we were desperate. He has had a year to bring in a good striker
I've said numerous times Mowbray has done a good job and has been far better for the club than Alex Neil.So he picks the players and the tactics, takes the training? Or does the head coach only matter when it hits a sticky patch?
But you’ve no idea if they are good or notAlso the coaching staff Proctor & Dodds
