I've been awake since just after 2am.
I can never sleep more than 3 or 4 hours, maximum.
I could take a sleeping tablet now and again but knowing my luck, I'd have a great kip, but wake up the next day, laying in a pool of piss

Woke up at 6 and thought, sod it, I'll go and watch the Australia game. Fed the dog, had a few cuddles and dozed off, switched to Killing Eve (still on bloody S1) and then watched England/Argentina before heading to Boro, where I am now waiting for the Lionesses to kick off against Brazil.
