I'm going for a bit of an outsider here in Otto Rehhagel... Has most wins in Bundesliga history... Led Greece to European Championship glory and led two obscure Bundesliga teams Bremen and Kaiserslautern to the Bundesliga title also won the uefa cup.

Other more profile names will be mentioned but with the talent available to him otto was genius
