Not a fan, but had a new respect for him after he made these comments.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Times, the cockney star said: "Adam Woodyatt [Ian Beale] has played one role. No disrespect to Adam, but that's not an actor. He's very, very efficient, but he's auditioned once in his whole career. And acting's about auditioning.

"And Steve McFadden [Phil Mitchell], brilliant - but only ever played one role."
:lol::lol:

Edward the third!
Best one since jerry springer (was in tears at that one like)
Henry the third, William the conquered - amazing stuff

One of the best episodes I have seen that. I think Matthew Pinsent and the journalist Frank Gardner were also descended from royalty but they are from quite well to do families so not a massive shock unlike this one.

In my early teens when I really got into learning about both world wars my grandad would always tell me that he had 2 distant relatives. One was awarded a VC and the other a Medal of Honor during WW2.

I have no idea who mind.

Just finished watched it on the iplayer. Brilliant programme, his mind was blown by the end.

His lass running away at the end with her hands in the air "Yay I'm a princess" :)
