Who choose not to go to the final?

I honestly don’t understand anyone choosing not to go because they have no interest in this competition (and I don’t mean anyone that has work, travel, family, financial reasons for not going).

Whatever level we’d like to see SAFC playing, this is currently where we’re at. It’s a competitive game for us and a final at Wembley.

Each to their own, I just don’t understand it.

Each to their own as you say, but those who think it is beneath us/embarrassing etc etc should see the play-off final in exactly the same light, it is as you say, where we're currently at.

Must admit, if @Bladecat didn't sort it all i could not be chewed on with bus/train etc, i would not of gone, looking forward to it now like, aswell as Accrington and Rochdale.....

Stay the night for play off final, but hopefully automatically...

To be fair to you mate, it's not easy buying tickets online when you're using the dial up internet connection provided in Hawes.

Can't understand people saying it's a pointless competition.
We are in league 1 and deserve to be because we've been shite, so this Competition is for league 1 and 2 teams as its the only realistic way teams from these leagues can reach a up final.

Just because we get big crowds it doesn't mean that we are too big of a club to Diss this competition

Me...only been to 1 game this season so didn’t deserve a ticket (plus the missus was due yesterday so would have been too close...the little bugger arrived a fortnight ago so I could have bloody gone!).

Still the odd single ticket popping up on the Ticketmaster site marra - time yet maybe...

Go to what I can health permitting, see my specialists tomorrow and 17th May, then will hopefully have ok to drive long distance officially.

Done it once, unofficially to drive home see really ill family member, in bits fir three days there and three days after with back problems, round scars on back from lung ops.

My daughters friends, daughter Hermione only 3 year old asked, what's them two scars on your back, told her where they took my wings off being naughty to my mam.

She said that's not nice bless her:lol:

12 of us going to Benidorm for a mates 50th.

Gutted I'm missing it tbh. I'd toyed with flying into Luton on the Sunday but there's no way I'd manage a flight at 8 o'clock in the morning after 2 days drink.

I'm sure we'll find a pub to watch it in.........

I know a few who are not bothering because its checkatrade , at same time know of people who very rarely go to matches who are going....

Yes. Lots of part timers going because it’s wembley. Lots of season ticket holders not bothering because it’s a Mickey Mouse cup.
