My Jura and Bunna 15 have arrived, I won't be opening just yet though.Ordered a bottle of the Jura then other day and have seen a review of it on Reddit he was very impressed with the whisky and the price especially.
I bought a bottle myself a few weeks ago. Reminds me of an apricot danish. You must be logged on to see external links
Had this in my basket for a couple of weeks and decided to bite the bullet at £99. Seems good for a 19yr SC Scapa which gets good reviews, I used to like 16yr bottling they did.
Just ordered the KK16 looking forward to trying itI bought a bottle myself a few weeks ago. Reminds me of an apricot danish.
The 2025You must be logged on to see external linksis still available at Aberdeen Whisky Shop. Easily the best KK 16 imho.
I'd avoid the 10...better off with the NAS double cask which are sometimes priced around that when on offerGlen Scotia 10 is £26 from £45 on nectar price in Sainsburys
more sherried it seems from the bottles I've had in the pastJust ordered the KK16 looking forward to trying it
Have an unopened bottle of the 2023 release might try a side by side comparison sometime
The Mrs loves a bargain though, think I’ll be getting itI'd avoid the 10...better off with the NAS double cask which are sometimes priced around that when on offer

Black Friday deals never great but I'd bet there are better deals around that the GC 10...just in my opinion. The Mrs loves a bargain though, think I’ll be getting it![]()

What a great little dram this has turned into, it's one I've had open a year or two and it keeps getting better every time I go back to it

Nobody nips over to Ardnamurchan. I still haven’t recovered from the trauma of the drive from Fort William which I did about 30 years ago.Nipped over to Ardnamurchan at the weekend for the first, and probably last, time, it’s a much longer drive from the Corran ferry terminal than I thought along a single track road corrugated with blind bends.
I can’t say I was very impressed with the whisky. The 10yo had a new make note to it, the 2 distillery bottles were ruby port casks which isn’t to my taste and the hand fill was a PX.

I can remember us both commenting on this journey a couple of year's back.Nobody nips over to Ardnamurchan. I still haven’t recovered from the trauma of the drive from Fort William which I did about 30 years ago.
Have you any insight as to which is the better of the Tomatins being released by Cadenheads on Friday?

I’ve had some ok bottles from them but the hype around them I find really really irritating.Nipped over to Ardnamurchan at the weekend for the first, and probably last, time, it’s a much longer drive from the Corran ferry terminal than I thought along a single track road corrugated with blind bends.
