Thinking of doing some circuit sessions during lockdown as well as the usual weights sessions. Any ideas for exercises? The plan is to keep it full body and (30seconds on 30 seconds off) x 10 stations then again after 5 minutes recovery. I will have 8kg dumbells available but no time to adjust the weight mid circuit. So far I have thought of

Squat thrust
Mountain climber
Dips
High knees jogging
Crunches
Shoulder press
Any suggestions?
