Which exercises for circuit

Thinking of doing some circuit sessions during lockdown as well as the usual weights sessions. Any ideas for exercises? The plan is to keep it full body and (30seconds on 30 seconds off) x 10 stations then again after 5 minutes recovery. I will have 8kg dumbells available but no time to adjust the weight mid circuit. So far I have thought of

Press up
Squat thrust
Mountain climber
Dips
High knees jogging
Crunches
Shoulder press

Any suggestions?
 


When I think of circuit training I always think of people in jail.

I’d do an upper/lower body split instead and take a few days between workouts to recover.

Workout #1:

6 rounds of:
Dips between two chairs for as as many reps as you can
Pull ups on door for as many reps as you can

Followed by 4 rounds of:
Lateral raises x 12/rear delt flys x12 superset

Followed by 4 rounds of:
Biceps curls x 12/hammer curls x12/tricep kickbacks x12 superset

Finish off with more dips, or press ups to failure.

Workout #2:

6 rounds of:
Bodyweight squats x 25
Walking lunges x 25
Step ups x 25

Workout #3 optional:

Dynamic stretching
6 x hill sprints.

That’d get you looking jacked quickly, with little equipment.

Find the insanity workouts, either online or someone will have them on a hard drive. Follow the programme, quite demanding but need no equipment
