Which clubs if they had the same last decade as us

I think people are genuinely enjoying the model. Young, hungry lass playing some lovely football at times. We'd probably get less in the Premier league if we managed to survive a season or two if we were doing what we were before and just waiting for the inevitable to happen
I disagree. I think we would sell out in the Prem. If West Ham can average 60000 can we not get 46000.
Nor the mags. 10000 free seats in the prem. They'd burn the ground and city down if they went ti league 1. Don't think arsenal would stock around either, never had hard times really have they.
Both those clubs would get 50000 plus no matter what division to watch a winning team.

Mags didn't get 50000 in championship with winning side. Let along league one. As for arsenal they turned away from winger when 6th was a disaster, can you see then sticking by in 2nd let alone 3rd tier. Its all academic as its theoretical, for now.

Generally people like going to see teams if they think they've a good chance of winning. After an initial bump of getting promoted to the Pl dropped off and if we became a struggler attendances would drop off imo.. It would take something very special for is to be selling out every week

West Ham have sold out to the tourist haven't they?

Sure when they moved to the new stadium they didn't really increase season tickets and now just sell loads to tourists, which is fine as everyone should be able to watch a match but it does mean your average West Ham fan is screwed if they want a season ticket. Dont think we would have the same option, a lot of uni students may want tickets for the Liverpool, Manchester City, Spurs and Arsenal matches though.

I agree with your last sentence. I would have agreed with you in entirety a decade ago. The game now is a monster. It controls, entrances and manipulates the masses.

I think that something special is being a member of the Premier League at a time when football popularity is at an all time high. If we go up this year we could sell out with season tickets alone.

Aye. Despite our inconsistency it's far easier on the eye than watching us struggle in the Premier league was.

How many points is this worth?
Is the correct answer. Attendance is relatively meaningless financially these days though. Especially when tickets are some of the cheapest in the division.

Your financials would increase by being in the Prem and your attendance levels would too.

Pissing about talking about attendance levels in the Championship is irrelevant in the wider scheme of things.
