Seattle definitely dominated the 90s in the USA - Nirvana, Pearl Jam/Mother Love Bone, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Mudhoney, Temple of The Dog, Mad Season, Tad, Green River, Presidents of the USA, Screaming Trees, 7 Year Bitch, Melvin's still going through that time as well.

Wouldn't win best city overall but it's certainly a 5-10 period where they really took over music for a while.
