When are you talking about? If it's soon then area really won't make that much difference (within reason of course)

Tynemouth mate, no brainer tbh, there is more in front street than the whole of sunderland !!

Darlo, within two months 350 cases, 35 deaths, in or out of care homes that is, I think 9 were in care homes, 'with' or 'of'' covid, 90% with underlying conditions !??! The only certainty I can give you is the economy is shut down here !?!??!

July onwards, yeah thats why I want somewhere near the sea, and near some good golf too.

I'd be in the cities usuall you see, no point now like

If you want the sea and golf then you can't go wrong anywhere between Seaburn, up Fulwell and along to East Boldon. Boldon Golf Club, Whitburn Golf Club and within a short drive Heworth and South Shields Golf Clubs

and the massive driving range next to Miller and Carter at Fulwell.

Don’t get much for your money there though - Whitley Bay is on the up and you’d probably get a better buy there.

More locally, Whitburn if you’re not arsed about links to Newcastle, Boldon or Seaburn if you are.
