Where do we direct complaints


As a black cats bar ticket holder I’m particularly pissed off. I’ve only been in there for a few years but in that time the experience has got progressively worse year on year. They stopped the food, reduced the staff, stopped us attending Quinn’s, brought forward last orders and then this. This one is the straw the breaks the camels back.

There is no precedent for this anywhere. I’ve seen people say we had to give them 15% but that’s been proven incorrect. Even in the examples where clubs allowed more tickets has there ever been an example where a club has given up their home end and hospitality section? It’s utter lunacy.

I don’t want to pile more on Chris Waters as I’m sure he’ll be inundated and doubt they’ll get anywhere. Statement says to contact the ticket office which is a cop out. Anyone know of any channels where this might actually reach someone with a modicum of responsibility?
 
You will be wasting your time tbh. They can’t get a functioning shop or ticket office no chance they are going to have anyone dealing with complaints. Chris Water is your best bet but as you say he will be swamped and have no power to do anything anyway.

I just used the link on the email and said my piece . Pointless really but gets it out .
 
I’m in BCB anarl and when we played Fulham in FA Cup last season someone called Nik Chapman emailed apologising for the service that night, he is “Head of Events”, I can’t find an email address for him though. I sent a very strongly worded email to the ticket office last night, will be fun when they read that on Monday morning 🤣
