When Noah built his Arc

Was this due to climate change (back then when there were no oil, coal, fossil fuels etc or just make believe biblical stories?

The Lord told him to.
So God made the clouds burst to test Noahs resolve.... must have been one Mother Fu Ark if you ask me. But very pleased Noah got the job done... could you imagine no meat or animal flesh to eat? Mankind would have become extinct because of Pernicious Anemia, 🥴

Have a read about Mount Ararat.

The story of Noah may be apocryphal.

But who really knows?
I think that there’s evidence of a catastrophic flood in the region. It’s their version of sensational media reporting.

Well given the irrefutable catalogue of evidence you have presented I have no alternative but to to concur.

You don't need much evidence if you think about it. Seven (I believe this is the number in the bible, not the two that is so often touted) of every animal in the world, in a time where most of the world hadn't been discovered by other parts. How did they collect and transport them to the ark? How did they manage to build a ship so much bigger than anything ever built even with todays technology (which would be needed to cage so many animals). How did they manage to store the food to sustain the animals and huge crew needed to run said vessel when they didn't have refrigeration.

I could go on but there is no need it's clearly an impossibility.

A local flood and a farmer with a boat saving some of his livestock in order to rebuild is much more likely. That story being blown out of proportion for political reasons is so much more likely.

How would they collect 7 amur leopards, or 7 palawan crocodiles, or kiwi or dodo? Nonsensical story.

I’m guessing you are a realist more than a romantic. I did suggest the story may be apocryphal and designed to illustrate rather than narrate.

It's definitely a true story - huge floods, arc built etc. Whether God sent in, doubtful. The animals all piling on in pairs is bollocks.
