When have you felt lower than this....

I'm canny young so since i've supported Sunderland the lowest i've seen us finish is 3rd in the Championship.

The lowest would be probably 2006 when it looked like we'd be down there a long time, Quinn was manager and our squad was shite.

I said to the lads on holiday last week sacking Moyes aside when was the last good news that came out the club?

Even the new home shirt is the worst we have ever had

I wish they would lock the gates and lob the key in the Wear

Can't think of it being any worse in the lead up to a season.

The only one comparable is 06/07 - even then I think the takeover had been finalised mid-June, and even then we struggled massively to get a manager for months.

imo, there's little chance of Short not being the owner come August - and the entire club appears in absolute limbo. It's a complete and utter mess.

... regarding SAFC? Not just after a game but the whole vibe around the club, Wilko appointment? Featherstone in charge? Being in the third division? After being so upbeat with McInnes seemingly in the bag to what I feel now, I thought the worst this season had to offer was that dreadful strip! What a f***ing mess, and we'll still have that strip...... I'm going to kip, night all
Felt a lot lower than this, wasn't really bothered either way about mcinnes

Never felt lower than this...the people that run our club are a disorganised shambles.... being turned down by a bloke that wasn't good enough for the mighty bristol city has probably capped the lot off...

He did that.....So have a few more!

I liked the players of Durban's team but not his style of play!

Yes he did but i just didn't like him (personal choice)....

Fair enough. I said in my comment that I wasn't exactly delighted at his appointment but he did what he had to which was get us promoted at first attempt.
