Wheez the knacker on his bike

Along Queen Alexandra road - shouting abuse at pedestrians?
I was walking to the Rosedene yesterday - going past the crossroads at The Cedars and Queen Alex - and this moron is cycling about the place shouting at passers-by.
Not the full shilling.
Anybody else noticed him?

Chubby lad maybe late 30s wearing jeans and a helmet by any chance?

Be the lad with learning difficulties and the crash hat.
Tends to peddle three steps then hangs out on the roadside just looking around as if waiting for winds to change; one foot on the floor one foot on a pedal

I was out running the other day and he had stopped at a junction, he must have said something to these three builders in a white transit as they had stopped and one was having a go at him. I had to intervene and save his bacon.
Same lad shouted at me last year cos I was walking on the path using my mobile phone, I actually moved onto the grass so he didn’t run me over, it was then I realised he probs has some form of learning disability.

The boy that wears geggles? đź‘“

At least he's getting out and not just stuck in a chair all day like so many others with a mental disability. As long as he isn't a danger to himself or others I'm sure we can put up with a few shouts.
