Mine looks to be about average going off most on here.
I do find it's canny unreliable with drivers accepting jobs and cancelling lately. But then no taxi company in Sunderland has been all that great for a few year now. More demand than drivers.
Only had one real bizarre one. Sunderland to Newcastle. He ignores the map going up the A19 and decides to take the A1. Never gets over 50mph then when he hits a load of traffic going into Newcastle he's struggling with the gears. I was thinking this bloke can't even drive. Cost much more than it should have cos he's gone the long way too.
Checked his profile and the picture had the head cropped out, could have been anyone. I put a complaint in to Uber and got the trip refunded but never heard anything back about the driver being who he said he was.
