I'm always on the look out.

Instead of making tuna mayo sarnies - use low fat greek yoghurt. Just as moist but 1/4 of the fat

try and walk small journeys instead of taking the car / transport.

I walk to the tube station and back these days which is just shy of a mile each way.

Coming back all uphill but I can slowly start to feel my lungs working better.

make sure you have the exact money for a burger king/macdonalds, then when they say "go large for 30p?" you say "aw shit I can't .. damn"

Stiars instead of lift also.

Any food related stuff? I'm always on the look out for healthy eating tips...

i eat plenty protein
do weights 3 times a week
probably average 5aside twice a week

if no 5aside 2 runs a week (not jogging, running till im wrecked)

drink lager as much as i want and have take aways whenever.

if i think ive done to much drinking/eating shit on my days off i just up my efforts in the gym the following week.

all common sense really and ive always had a 32inch waist

teeth.. teeth.. teeth..

the root of a load of health problems ranging from slight-fatigue and depression to brain damage and even death can all be avoided by taking care of ones teeth. They come before work, holidays and pretty much everything else.

do not underestimate the importance of dental hygiene for whole-body health.

dont add salt to food when cooking.. add a bit afterwards if you must.

eat seasonal produce.. good for your health and your pocket.

There is more salt in a slice of bread than a packet of crisps.

It's just that the salt is on the surface of the crisp so you can taste it more. Learnt that off the tele innit.

can i ask how old you are? i found it gets harder to work it off after you've turned 40.
