Whats for tea tonight then smb?

A coconut milk base with prawns and cod. Usually do it with white wine but I was just trying to do something different so added just a bit of fresh chilli and garlic, ginger and sweet parika. Vegetables and noodles. Oh, and some prawn crackers.
It was ok.
I just need to revisit and maybe add to my plate some fresh coriander. We are a household bitterly divided about this herb.
In fact if I was young enough and single it could be enough to make or break on a dating app.
'What's your opinion about coriander, you shameless, gyrating, lump of loveliness?'
'No, don't like?'
'Next!'

Pizza tonight , with a twist. Saw a Jamie Oliver recipe and tried it tonight.

It was excellent if a little different.

Used sun-dried toms in oil with jarred red peppers for the sauce and self raising flour.

Lovely, crispy base the lot.

Roast chicken dinner. Bought one of them trays where you can stick the veg in and then the meat on the grill on top so it all cooks together in the juices. It's the way forward, been eating boiled plain veg for years

Does anybody subscribe to Gousto?
Have done, okay when discounted but not worth it otherwise imo. I think Hello Fresh are probably better but, again, only really good value whilst discounted.
Yesterday was fish and chips, good and hadn’t had for ages. Tonight Tuna steak with spaghetti, chilli, garlic and parsley.
Olive bread to accompany.

Fresh tuna obviously? Sounds quite nice! 👍
