Grilled Gammon steak, Brocoli and Cauliflower cheese, roast spuds.
Got a 1.2kg pork hock joint for £3, pressure cooked it . 2 old leeks i had in the fridge. Boiled some barley, added a tin of canellini beans and some frozen mixed veg . White wine, garlic, paprika, chicken stock and herbs . Back in the pressure cooker .
Served stirred through with cream, parmesan and black pepper . Fed 5 for a £5.
