Whats for tea tonight then smb?

Granted, sicilians would use raisins, but i didn't have any, so substituted sultanas
Neither belong there imo but recognise it’s appropriate to use them. Not a fan of either but especially not in hot savoury recipes. Can tolerate a few in a pud but not a mince pie, urgh!

My missus loves them. I do most of the cooking, i can knock something up, and she'll say, you know what this is missing? A few sultanas.

Particularly in salads

It reads like my type of food, is there a recipe to hand ?

Morrisons do a dried pasta called manfredine which works well with this sauce
