This is my other choice, always liked this one, for me it's close to a toss up between this and the blue. Either would be mint IMO. :-D
Dang. Maybe I spoke too soon, I like a lot of these old away kits. Most of these old kits are better than our most recent ones IMO
To be honest, the Rowell style one doesnt work for me, I'm surprised but the advert totally blows it. If I want a Rowell shirt seeing that I think I'd just buy one. Shame. The plain Black is very classy but not distinctive. I like the idea, but not as much as one that is obviously ours without seeing the badge or sponsor. If we want to go retro I wonder how using the candy stripe home strip of 82 as an away strip would look?? A plain blue or black with a red and white band like the Lambton one would work too. Finally a plain white top with the outline in red (dashed lines of the outline of where the red stripes would be and faint cross-hatching like the remove part in woodwork ) might work.

The yellow and blue is horrible, too many clubs have that "neon" yellow now. The blue (purply) one is OK but the stripes have to be horizontal a la West Ham away. Diagonal stripes look like school boys wearing bands over their PE kit.bit of a re-style?
