We've got a 36 inch HD in ours but it seems tiny. You can get decent 55 inch ones for around £800-£1k and I reckon its about time I got out the 1990s and moved into the present.

Mines 55, was as big as I could go due to position, would have loved 65

I was getting dead big bits of cardboard from work to see what size I could do as was unsure if a 55 would be too large and be partly blocked by rhe fireplace

I've a projector and 82 inch screen for if I want to watch a movie I think will benefit from the size but only get it out now and again

I actually have no idea. Had the same telly since about 1997 and only use it to watch DVDs. I watch everything else on laptops / tablets.

Can't understand why anyone would watch things on a laptop or tablet instead of a big telly.
I think @Sneech has watched all of GoT on his tablet. Something with epic production values like that and you go and ruin it by watching on tiny screen.
