What is the most ludicrous argument someone has made on here?

BBC Alba is so far out ahead of everything else, extremely funny.
Not as good, but I did love the same OP's thread where he was outraged that Peter Kay hadn't told his fans why he was cancelling his tour and he HAD TO no matter how personal the reason was. A trivial thing, but what made the thread was the way he dug in against all comers because everyone posting disagreed, and it kept going and going and going and ended up looking like Rourke's Drift.

That was tremendous

Who was it that argued about people posting selfies of themselves on here and someone found out he used the same picture on a gay dating site or am making that up

A more obscure one, but one that sticks in the mind is the lad who came on kicking off about his brother being deployed to Iraq.

His argument was that his bro had only joined up to learn to drive and get a trade and it was unfair to force him to go to a war zone.

Couldn’t get his head around the fact soldiers couldn’t pick and choose and that driving in the army might include driving the roads of downtown Basrah.

Fair play that he was worried about his brother, but still…

Wasn't there a poster who decided to fly out to Iraq/Afghanistan to fight the taliban etc all by himself?

Who was the vigilante from South Shields who was a karate expert and him and his team were going to sort out social disorder in the North East?
