What is the best fish/seafood you can eat?

I like Mackerel but the amount of bones puts me off. Constantly spitting out bones!!
That’s the beauty of grilling them whole. Just gut them, stuff in some flavours with herbs, salt and pepper (whatever suits your taste.

Once done, cut off the head and the whole backbone and other bones come away with a pull of the tail. No other bones left in the meat, guaranteed.

I love most fish and seafood but it’s difficult to beat barbecued Mackerel with some olive oil, chilli, garlic and flat leaf parsley.

Not a seafood fan at all, that fishy taste makes me retch every time.
It gets me down a bit because whenever I’m away in somewhere like the south of France and we see the table next to us being brought seafood dishes they look absolutely stunning and I always want to try them, but I know I won’t be able to eat it.
