What is the best fish/seafood you can eat?

Two for me one is grilse
Second is small pink shrimps - as a kid we would sit with a warm bowl of these that dad brought home and sit picking through them. Used to be cheap to buy but not anymore , sometimes pick up a bag at ikea

Ive just done a halibut chop. It’s my death row meal. I absolutely love seafood but this is the king for me.

Love it all but love lobster tails, soft shell crab deep fried too.

Looking for ideas the next few weeks what with barbecues on the go.

Oysters on a bed of ice, drizzle with a freshly cut lemon.

Sea Bream baked in the middle of a ring of alternate sliced tomatoes and potatoes. Drizzled with garlic, olive oil and some herbs.
I used to catch loads of Black Bream in Langstone Harbour in the spring when I had my fishing boat. Our lass would cook one each and freeze the rest, they are perfect pan sized and tasty as fck. I'm not sure I'd eat them from their now though as you hear so much on the local news about raw sewage overflowing the treatment plants and being discharged straight into the harbour. Mind back in the day I'd eat the fish I caught from around the sewage pipes at Hendon 🤮 and I only got food poisoning once.

The river wear was lifting with fish when vaux’s toilets ran straight into it.
