What a difference a week makes...

The last week has been depressing but if we forget the cup games for a moment, in the league it’s won 2 and lost 2 since Parkinson arrived - and I still think it’s harsh to pin any blame on him for the Wycombe defeat when he’d only been in the job less than 48 hours. With Ross there’s no chance we’d have got anything other than a defeat at Wycombe, and at Shrewsbury we’d have probably also lost but without even creating the number of chances we did.

These cup results and performances have ramped the pressure right up on him, but beat Coventry and things actually look pretty positive in terms of league position again. Don’t think he can afford to lose though as far as good will of the support will go.
 


the thing is he wont get fired, do you think we have the spare cash to pay him off? Maybe if we sell some more youngsters we can fund it though.
