There’s definitely things that I do where my lass will specifically ask if we can have it that week.

Linguine Puttanesca and a Chorizo and Butterbean stew are two of the things she usually suggests I do. Not sure I’d say they’re ‘signature dishes’.

Was making my own ravioli and tortellini a few months back as well but it’s a bit too much of a faff on.

We bought a pasta thing at lake land. I told her we'd use it once. Sure enough didn't fit the bench so had to use a block of wood to get it to fit. Stripped my knuckles and made a mess and the shittest pasta ever. Binned it.

Made some really nice pasta with it and probably used it upwards of ten times.

It’s not so much the pasta itself either. It’s filling and cutting of stuffed pasta that takes the piss.
