You can tell by the roads on a morning. Even with roadworks there the likes of Doxy international hasn't been too bad.

I think it already is. Those that are still doing it are because they want to, or have been told to. Those not doing it are back because they want to be or their employer doesn't want them doing it. Even if they come out and say work from home, it'll be "if you can".
