It does go on but it's very much the minority.
Almost all of the women I've worked with seemed to be well aware that they must be as good as or better than their male peers.

Not excusing Sullivan. However, the 'lad mag' and Sport newspaper stuff was pretty much part of the culture of the day. Many of us were of an age where we would have been indulged in it. It was 30 years ago though and we learn to reflect and realise that it isn't correct, like we have with many other things over time.

His MO involved the sale of goods which he surely knew (FFS!) were misrepresented.
He should be the last person to be surprised that his behaviour and business practices would come back to haunt him at some point.

This isn't about his business and how he made money. It's about his behaviour and allegations of the acts he carried out. He actually made his money through his investment company and renting out high end business property. What's more 'morally' wrong than selling sex toys is using football to legitimise himself.
