Weight loss thread 2022



Gone from 18st 6lb in March 2021 down to 12st 3lb when I weighed meself a few days ago.

I still WFH for the most part and turned me spare room into a mini-gym which I use on a daily basis. Have a bowl of cereal in the morning, two 200-calorie snacks throughout the day, a very light dinner and a 700-calorie tea.

I can just about manage that as post-holiday detox but I don't have the will power to keep doing such a low calorie diet for months on end.
 
Had a cracking year up to the wedding in September and was in the best shape of my life. Barely been back to the gym these last few months and I might as well enjoy the food over the next 2 weeks.

Will start all over again in January :)
