Amazing workSo far I have lost 23.3lbs since the 9th June! I look like a completely different person.
64 lbs down now. Genuinely don’t feel as though I’ve put any effort in either. Gutted I didn’t do it years ago. Mad how the mind puts up barriers to things.
Amazing work
How have you done it?
That’s fantastic67 lbs down now. The missus is 46 lbs down. 8 stone between us man.
It’s 5 stone exactly now. Over the moon. That’s fantastic
are you still or have been out socialising drinking and eating although correctly
in these strange times
I am still 17 st down from 19 st
however we still socialise drink and eat cautiously
Well doneIt’s 5 stone exactly now. Over the moon.
I’m not a drinker really - I can probably count on one hand how often I’ve had an alcoholic drink in 10-11 years. My thing is and always will be sweet food, which is an absolute killer.
We’re quite lucky that we aren’t socialising as much as that’s one thing we haven’t tested yet - how we’d be when things get back to normal as we love to eat out with friends.

We’ve found a routine really helps. We go for a 2-3 mile walk before breakfast, have about 2000-2100 calories a day to eat, do weights at the gym 4 nights a week then a 10-15 mile walk on a weekend. It sounds a lot but once you get into it, it’s pretty straightforward.Outstanding this mind, proper inspirational. I've had a rough lockdown and rough 18 months in general, put something like that on in total. I'm expecting to be working from home for the next 4-5 months in general so need to create a routine that gets me going in the right direction physically and keeping my head above water mentally through winter.

It’s stable now at 17stone. With the gyms closing it’s more difficult to lose the weight but I’m just keeping steady with cardio etc. Once they reopen I’ll be back there 4/5 nights a week I think! How is your weight now mate
I’m 16st12lb I’ve been that for 2 and half years
looks like with a lot of work diet and walking 4 miles 5/6 per week
I will stay that way
my problem is I drink at least once per week
I try to have a good diet
Well done back in the gym soonIt’s stable now at 17stone. With the gyms closing it’s more difficult to lose the weight but I’m just keeping steady with cardio etc. Once they reopen I’ll be back there 4/5 nights a week I think!
Put around 4 stone on since the first lockdown after a tough breakup and months of hitting the drink, peaked at around 20st 5lbs 2 months ago.
Anyway started working out Monday to Friday, 100 pushups, 50 bicep curls, 50 dips and a 5 mile walk each day. Combining that with a big calorie deficit (eating roughly 1500 calories a day but burning 500 through exercise) which is leaving me 2500 deficit every day.
Just weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 18st 8lbs which I'm over the moon about. Feeling the fatigue now though so going to continue it until Christmas week and have a week of eating and recovering.
The goal is to hit 16st dead on by the end of February.
That's a fantastic achievement. Well done!
