New thread as suggested in the 2018 thread. Who’s looking to lose weight this year? I lost a stone in 2018 and looking to lose another stone and a bit in 2019. Combination of calorie counting, Fitbit, My Fitness Pal and DietBet for a bit of competition. Not denying myself too much, occasional booze and takeaway otherwise it’s a drag. Also upping my running in 2019; managed my first Parkrun in 2018, so continuing that.
