No long post to go with this, but what I will say is I adjusted my bench. I kept my forearms perpendicular to the floor and it shot up compared to the 140kg from last week. Happiest with the paused squat PB I think. Beltless 185kg x 2 with a rep in the tank after heavy beltless deficit deads.
Top sets from each session:
Monday - Squats: 210kg x 2
Tuesday - Bench: 142.5kg x 1
Thurs - Beltless Paused Squats: 185kg x 2
Also, 10lbs down from last monday. Macros atm are:
~220g protein
~400g carbs
~65g fat
Cardio is just some walking around Gunnersbry park each night, which is a decent size.
Yes I'm still too tight to buy any new shorts, I'm just waiting until I go back to Sunderland next week to bring more stuff down.
