They seem to managing perfectly well so far.They may get the height with a basket on a crane jib on the inside of the pylon but certainly not on the outside due to the cable stays.

Makes sense. Sunderland council off the hook with this delayed bridge opening then4 seasons over 12 months = 3 months each. Thought everyone knew this?
(Although traditionally they were from 21st of one month to 20th of 3 months later, rather than exact months iirc)
