Wasn't really a box office flop mate. It took a lot of money. However, it cost a hell of a lot of money to make, with a few mishaps that really did cost a lot. It is not one of the worst of all time, imho.

I think it’s a canny film. People get hung up on the fact that it didn’t make much money. As far as action-fantasy films go it’s pretty much par for the course, certainly not shit.
