Watching The Ashes

I've just remembered that BT has the rights to The Ashes. Am I right in thinking that I can only watch on TV if I sign up to BT (which I won't do)?

I'm sure you're right. Thank you. The arrangement between BT and Sky doesn't extend to NOW and BT is going to want to keep this to itself. The additional bugger is that no pubs are going to show it.

Got Kodi tweaked to watch BT Sport. I might try to find the Channel 9 commentary after 30 minutes play on the first day.

Making sure as few people as possible can see the national side play test cricket is an excellent way of safeguarding the future of the sport.
Yes and as far as I can see it is only they who have the highlights, too.

It's a bugger that it's not on SKY. Terrestrial TV just not interested in proper live sport anymore.

And doesn't have the money to compete. I think BT is taking a big gamble, broadly speaking, but in the meantime non-BT types have to feed off scraps.

Well that's Sky sports dropped and BT in for the winter. As a Talk Talk subscriber I can pay for sports on a month by month basis with out a twelve month contract.

If anyone knows of a friend or relative who has BT then they can download the app and use their login. Then from your phone cast it to your tv via a chromecast
