Scary nuns

Brucie is a canny salesman, first he talks up the goods, then he laments having to loose them, then he tells you again how good they are.

He knows the time to sell Henderson is when his stock is high = now he is capped
He makes out he is reluctant to sell = he is not, he knows he can buy better or has better in Meyler.
Trust in Brucie, he knows his players, knows how and when to sell and will always come out top in the market.

Lets hope he does as it's not always been evident in his career so far.

Well considering who he has bought and sold for a net spend of £10 million someone said, then he's doing very well. I wouldn't buy a car off him like.

Seriously - the net spend will be a bit more than that. It's good, but I've seen it mentioned from £4m to £10m and a few more, realistically I would imagine it's around the £20m mark when you look at add ons each way and the way people have ignored them when buying, but put them on when selling.

Is that right? really? A run of ten or so games in the team was all he had last season, and aye he was good but you wouldnt sell one of our best, most promising young players just because we had someone who did well for a few months last season. Henderson is the best prospect we have in our team, absolutely bags of potential, why on earth anybody on here wants to see him leave I have nee idea!

Concurred,Hope we do keep him, we dont know how his sale would affect Bent, Gyan, Catts and the like.
Keep progressing as a team is the key.
I still think its too early for him to be away in any case, but if he could see we were genuinely pushing for Europe why not stay for a year and see where we can get to.
