Is the school not setting them work or doing virtual lessons ?Anyone been? My two lads are off school tomorrow due to the teachers strike, so was thinking about taking them for something different. They’re 11 and 13, so they should find it interesting
so they should find it interesting
Would be much better if they had a couple of moving targets, ducks in a row or summat but for what you pay it passes the time and its canny to compare your targets at the end.For the first 10mins then it's a bit repetitive and it's in a factory unit so it'll be freezing, wrap up warm.

Agree. Exactly that - good but very repetitive. For the first 10mins then it's a bit repetitive and it's in a factory unit so it'll be freezing, wrap up warm.
So if you have a heart attack during a paramedic strike you will lay in the house and die?I’m telling my daughter she doesn’t have to do the work that’s been set. To do so would kind of be undermining the strike action.
It would be like me, during a rail strike, driving the train myself to wherever I wanted to go which, whilst it would be really cool, would be wrong.
Are you not allowed to take the guns to the Galleries to replicate real life Washington?Agree. Exactly that - good but very repetitive.

Are there any of those axe throwing places local to you?Anyone been? My two lads are off school tomorrow due to the teachers strike, so was thinking about taking them for something different. They’re 11 and 13, so they should find it interesting
There's a place up Ponteland you can go and fire shotguns at airborne targets aswellIt's canny for what it costs passes an hour
I'd like to do the same with the bairn but I'd be worried he'd get minus points or detention. Not all the teachers are striking etc, they would probably argue they'd made some provision of schooling etc.I’m telling my daughter she doesn’t have to do the work that’s been set.
