Was it a penalty?

I think you've settled your opinion too hard after the first slow motion shot they showed.

From the first slow motion shot ITV showed, it was not a penalty. A lot of people, very very high proportion, are pained at the thought of changing their mind.

But the second, third slow motions, plus all other angles, showed a clear penalty.

This is a beautiful chance for people to realise being wrong initially isn't a problem and that they're able to change their minds on the basis of additional evidence, with no physical or emotional pain.

The earlier one on Kane was a pen and the one we got was soft but the type that would not (and did not get overturned). It would not have been overturned had the ref not given it either.

PS - Who cares?

Aye. The first slow motion suggested not but the first nudge was all-important for me.

The commentator was wrong to focus on the second touch, the first touch was the penalty-worthy one.
Nudge? Never a pen but not bothered in the slightest after the Beckham Rooney reds, Lampard "goal" etc.

For me:

Live camera - no penalty
1st slow motion - no penalty
2nd slow motion - oh shit he wiped his OTHER leg
3rd slow motion - yep, fucked him
wide angle - no wonder the Ref pointed straight to the spot, anyone not seeing that as a penalty after all these angles must be... hahah

Yes one bumped him one way the other bumped him the other way. Just one or the other no pen but the scissor action makes it a pen for me.
