Reet,I've decided I'm going to tile the kitchen this weekend, where is the cheapest place to get ceramic tiles from?

Is it just a B&Q job or is I best going to a specialist tile shop?

gan to jamies or topps etc

b&q or any other shed will have your eyes out

To be fair B&Q tiles are reasonable but its the sundries(tile adhesive, grout, trim and spacers etc)That they will sting you on

Cheers, looks like Topps Tiles it is then, what a way to spend an Easter weekend this I'd going to be. :(

I've always found Wickes to be spot on for tiles and adhesive. Be very wary of the B&Q own brand adhesives, I got some for tiling the utility floor and the fucker took nearly 3 weeks to fully cure, whereas I got some wickes stuff that set within 2 hours of the tiles going down - it had to be mixed but means you can walk on the tiles straight away. I know you're doing wall tiles but it's something to think about when you need a shower but can't use the bathroom for 3 weeks whereas the Wickes stuff would be set within the day.

scaringly i'm also tiling the kitchen walls this weekend
went to Topps at the Roker Retail Park last night, it looks like something out of a post apocolyptic film round there

Fuck, the zombies must have found the place. Hope they don't get over the bridge.
